The Opportunity:

* To work with the Managing Director and the management team to introduce best practices in HR management and establish a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement

* Responsible for supporting across the UK & International, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance

* A strategic role, responsible for leading the people agenda and working closely with the Director team and managing a team of 3

Major Responsibilities:

• Drive Change:- To work with an influence the senior management team to help drive cultural change in the division;

• To work with the senior management team to develop and implement initiatives which will drive employee engagement and improve day to day manufacturing controls and standards

• Employee Relations:- To advise and support senior leaders on any complex matters

• Recruitment & Selection:- Work with the senior team on the succession planning for the division to management level.

• Employee Engagement:- Lead the employee engagement agenda

• L&D:- Lead the learning and development strategy to include in-house training and knowledge sharing

• CSR:- Lead the people area within Corporate Social Responsibility

You:

You:

• Strong HR generalist management experience with some years in a related FMCG environment

• A large tool kit of HR skills to deploy best practice for our particular needs, i.e. gained in a similar FMCG environment;

• Vision to see the potential in the business and the tenacity and guile to deliver significant people change;

• Able to work on own initiative with little central support;

• Pro-active;

• Able to influence at all levels of the organisation;

• Able to build relationships at all levels;

• High energy
